Crest has an ongoing commitment to working with local community groups and not-for-profit organisations.

 

Crest's Director is involved with the following community / NFP groups:

• Nature Conservation Margaret River - Board of Directors / Treasurer.

• Shire of Augusta Margaret River - Sustainability Advisory Committee.

• Australian Institute of Community Directors (AICD) Member. 

• MR Independent School - Bushland Management Committee Chair.

 

Other community involvement has included the following:​

• Shire of AMR - Offroad Cycle and Walk Trails Reference Group.

• Augusta Margaret River Community Clean Energy (AMRCCE).

• Nature Conservation MR - Western ringtail possum citizen science survey, hairy marron restoration programs.

Prior pro-bono work on community development projects has included:

• Volunteer role in Nepal, assisting Engineers Without Borders Nepal in developing and implementing sanitation and water supply projects (for 1 year).

• Native vegetation revegetation plan for Native Arc wildlife refuge in Bibra Lake, WA.
